Triable civil cases 
1. A suit for recovery of money due in respect of any contract, receipt or any other document. 
2. Suits for recovery of any immovable property or recovery thereof. 
3. Suit for recovery of possession of immovable property within one year of dispossession.
4. Suits for recovery of damages for forcible possession or damage to any immovable property. 
5. Suits for compensation due to illegal entry of cattle.
